Luj is a CPA, ASEAN CPA, CISA, and SRP, grounding his values in integrity, accountability, and long-term thinking. He brings nearly 20 years of experience across Big Four consulting, professional services, and board-facing leadership in listed and regulated organizations. His work spans governance, risk, and assurance, including enterprise and cyber risk, internal audit, SOX 404, and digital transformation across people, process, and technology. He began in audit and IT risk with EY, BDO, and Manila Water, later serving as Chief Audit Executive, Deloitte leader, and Partner at Moore, practice globally. He graduated from San Beda University, Bachelor of Science in Accountancy.
